Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is the most common and best-known type of massage in the West. If it's your first time at the spa or you don't get a massage very often, Swedish massage is perfect for you.

If you want deeper work and can tolerate more pressure, even momentary discomfort to achieve relief from muscle pain, it is better to book a deep tissue massage, another form of Swedish massage.

Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy massage is massage therapy but with highly concentrated plant oils called essential oils added to the massage oil or lotion.

The nostrils are attached to a part of the brain called the Limbic system. The Limbic system controls emotions and influences the nervous system and hormones. Tapping into this part of the brain, massage therapists are able to provide physical and emotional comfort as well as relieve stress, which is vital to our overall well being.

Reflexology Massage

Reflexology is a form of bodywork that focuses primarily on the feet.  The underlying theory behind reflexology is that there are "reflex" or reflective areas on the feet that correspond to specific organs, glands, and other parts of the body.

This massage provides a holistic form of relief to what is a more medical issue ailing the body and/or its organs.
